For more than 27 years, Kirk Strahan has been a trusted leader in West Texas real estate, earning a reputation for integrity, market expertise, and exceptional client service. Since opening Kirk Strahan Realty in 1999, Kirk has successfully guided buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners through every stage of the real estate process.

As the Permian Basin continued to experience tremendous commercial growth, Kirk expanded his business by launching Strahan Commercial in 2022, specializing in commercial sales, leasing, industrial properties, investment opportunities, and land acquisitions. In 2024, he founded KSR Development, further expanding his commitment to developing quality real estate projects throughout West Texas.

Kirk's educational background includes studies at Odessa College and Texas Tech University, along with professional real estate education through Texas A&M University–Commerce, Southwest College of Real Estate, and Champion School of Real Estate. He has completed more than 3,000 hours of advanced real estate education, covering both residential and commercial real estate, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional excellence and staying ahead of today's ever-changing market.

Throughout his career, Kirk has remained actively involved in the real estate profession and the local business community. He is a Gold Member of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce and a member of both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

Kirk has also served in numerous leadership roles with the Odessa Board of REALTORS®, including: Director (2005–2006) President-Elect (2006) President (2007)

Austin Strahan is a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Strahan Commercial Real Estate, LLC, where he specializes in industrial properties throughout the Permian Basin. In addition to his industrial expertise, Austin has experience in retail and other commercial properties, commercial leasing, property management, and residential real estate, allowing him to provide well-rounded guidance across a wide range of real estate needs.

A lifelong resident of Odessa, Texas, Austin offers clients an in-depth understanding of the Permian Basin's commercial real estate market, as well as the industries and communities that fuel the region's growth. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of Texas Permian Basin and has been a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed real estate professional for five years. Committed to continued professional development, Austin is currently pursuing his Texas Broker's License to further enhance his expertise and better serve his clients.

Based in West Texas, Austin provides clients with firsthand market knowledge and local expertise throughout the Permian Basin while representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the state of Texas. He is committed to delivering exceptional service through integrity, professionalism, and clear communication, building lasting relationships founded on trust and results. Austin takes a client-focused approach to every transaction, working diligently to ensure each client is informed, well represented, and positioned to achieve their real estate objectives from the initial consultation through closing.

Steven is a distinguished commercial real estate agent with several hundred hours of real estate education and five years of industry experience. Prior to real estate, he spent over 14 years in oil and gas, rising through the ranks at National Oilwell Varco. He also established and sold his own oilfield equipment business. Born and raised in West Texas, Steven brings a deep-rooted connection to the region and its community.
